The only concern I have is that I have NO clue what the songs are saying. However, some of the songs and modules aren't very family friendly. For example, one of Luka's songs is her seducing men into spending money at her casino.
Her module for the song is similar to a playboy bunny costume. The game itself is also pretty hard to play, and someone younger could get frustrated very easily.
